Dear Ingrida,
In most cases, I personally feel that it is not advisable to have a mirror face the bedroom door (for two reasons):-
1. A mirror may be a `double edge sword'. Without much investigation, we do not know whether it is a good or `bad' or `inauspicious' sector. If it is an inauspicious sector, it is felt that it can bounce back twice the bad luck.
2. Based on a belief. Often when we ask majority of Feng Shui practitioners, the consistent `answer' is that it is bad to face a mirror to any parts of the bed. As it is felt that when a person sleeps, his `spirit' moves off the body...
What about a mirror facing the bedroom door. It may or may not be `true' but should say, our `spirit' see's itself, the idea is that it may get a `shock'.
In my personal opinion, it is safer to (if you can) remove the mirror), first - based on the notion that (under Para 1) it may not be an auspicious sector.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
