Dear Yang Ming,
Under the Eight House Theory, there is really not much one can `cure' here.
What you can do is to make sure that the `Shape and Form' Feng Shui is acceptable for you in your work area.
For example, avoiding the desk facing a toilet or next to it. Or have people walking behind your table (if possible).
Feng Shui is about trying to increase one's luck and if we `hit' a wall with regards to the above; we could perhaps try to increase other areas of our luck. Such as the luck in our home or personal self.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
