I am planning to build a balcony on my double story terrace house. However, this balcony will be at the rear ( facing north ). My husband's suitable house is KUN (2). Functionality wise, I will be drying my clothes here and my washing machine will be placed here.

I have superimpose the rectangle over my house and if I do not go ahead with this extension, the back room in the NE sector would be excellent for generating my husbands prosperity. If I build this balcony, does it mean that the rectangle will change and Is this going to be bad luck for my husband.
