Cecil,

In most instances of mult-storey houses, the bedrooms are one level
above the living and dining rooms.
I've come across a house with all the bedrooms located one level
below the kitchen, living & dining rooms (which are at road level).
There is also a garage which is at road level.
In terms of Feng Shui, is this a good arrangment?
