Hi Cecil/Robert.
How many degrees either side of the directions given do the effects of the Grand Duke extend?
For example. In 1998 the direction of the Grand Duke was 67.5°, so does this mean that
if you sit facing 68°, that you won't have any effects from the Grand Duke at all? I suspect not, so it is probably 67.5° +/- a certain number of degrees. What is this number please?
