Dear Cecil,

I've been having a hard time at work this last couple of months. No matter how hard or careful I am, I seem to keep making silly mistakes. I work in the finacial industry so I handle money and related transactions every day. I have been experiencing minor cash errors lately. I am feeling that others think that I am incompetent which makes me frustrated.

There's no way I can change my environment at work, but I was wondering that I might be able to do something at home to improve my work situation.
