Dear Anon,

For kitchen `Feng Shui', there are several `rule-sets' or guidelines:

1. Where possible, the fire stove should face inwards (into the house). This implies that there is `warmth' in the house.

2. Under Shapes and Form Feng Shui, it is not as good if the stove face outwards of the house.

3. Where possible, the stove, should be an auspicious sector - for the `women' of the house. But since you are a Male and if you are living alone - it should (preferably) still be located at an auspicious sector.

4. If there is no ventilation hood and if there is a ceiling beam that presses against the stove, this is inauspicious.

5. It is equally inauspicious if an exposed water pipe runs along it or above the stove.

1's represent Water and 7 represents Metal. Under Period 7, this is acceptable even though this is the kitchen area. The basis of Flying Star is more on the imbalances that may be at a sector and to seek a cure when it is out of balance.

Under the Eight House Theory, if you do not spent time at a sector, it does not really matter here.

More importantly, if your kitchen is at North, then, it is bad for the refrigerator to face the stove. As the warmth will be further exhausted or expire as North represents Water element.

Contrast this to a kitchen in the South. Here, a stove can face the refigerator as South is already the Fire element. And it is good to cool down this sector.

Appreciate if you can clarify this statement, as it seems unclear to me i.e. can you indicate e.g. in this format:

Example:
5 5
2
As I do not understand what u mean by 3, double 5 , & a 2.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
